Management Trainees in National Small Industries Corporation Limited (NSIC)

National Small Industries Corporation Limited (NSIC), a Central Public Sector
Enterprise, and an ISO 9001-2000 certified company, with Corporate Office in New
Delhi and Branches in all major cities of the country requires Management Trainees in
the Business Development and Finance & Accounts disciplines.

QUALIFICATION:
1. Business Development: 2 years full time professional degree in MBA/PGDBM
(equivalent to MBA) with specialization in Marketing

OR

Degree in Engineering from a recognized
University/Institute. He/she should be computer literate.

2. Finance & Accounts: CA/ICWA OR 2 years full time professional degree in
MBA with specialization in Finance/M.Com. regular from
a recognized University/Institute. He/she should be
computer literate.

TRAINING:
Candidates selected as Management Trainee will be placed on training for two years.

STIPEND:
The Management Trainees will be paid Rs.15000/- per month consolidated in the 1st year
and Rs.20000/- per month consolidated in the 2nd year of training. Besides stipend, they will not be entitled for any other allowance and other financial benefits.

AGE LIMIT:
21- 28 years.

AGE RELAXATION:
Relaxation by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC.
Reservation for SC/ST/OBC shall apply as per rules.

SELECTION PROCESS:
Selection will be made through written test and interview. The short listed candidates will have to appear in the written test. Candidates who qualified in the written test will be called for interview.
After successful training, the Management Trainee will be absorbed as Dy. Manager and
Dy. Manager (Accounts) in the IDA scale of pay of Rs.8600-250-14600 (pre-reivsed).
In case of Management Trainee selected on the basis of M. Com. regular qualification
will be absorbed as Accounts Officer in the IDA scale of pay of Rs.6400-180-10000 (prerevised).
